How to Enable Azure Credential Expiry Notifications

To help ensure that you are notified before your Azure credentials expire, CoreStack provides an option to configure email notifications at the tenant level.

Prerequisites

Before proceeding, ensure the required Microsoft Graph API permissions are added to the created App Registration in the Azure.

Steps to Enable Notification:
  1. Login to the CMP Portal
    Go to your CoreStack CMP environment and log in using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Tenant Management

    • Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.

    • Go to Tenant Management.

  3. Select the Required Tenant

    • Locate and click on the tenant for which you want to enable notifications.

  4. Access Notification Settings

    • On the right-hand panel, expand Notification Settings.

  5. Edit Notification Settings

    • Scroll down and click on the Edit (pencil) icon at the bottom of the section.

  6. Enable Azure Credential Expiry Notification

    • Toggle the Azure Credential Expiry radio button to "On".

  7. Add Email Recipients

    • You will now see a field to enter email addresses.

    • Enter the email addresses of the recipients who should receive expiry notifications. (Use commas to separate multiple emails)

  8. Apply the Settings

    • Click Apply to save the configuration.
